ok well i finally got everything changed last night. as my mechanic was going though everything he noticed that one of my cams was a tooth off. he fixed that and installed the oem pump and thermostat. as of last night no more overheating. but since the issue was intermittent only time will tell. when i looked at the old parts neither were oem.
