Yea, I just talked to the mechanic and he is changing mind. He wants to get parts from a dealer in town and want 20% profit on the part price, so he's now asking 1500$
, On the phone, he clearly said he will just charge labor for 650$ and use my parts... To go with a used parts, I will have to either give him some addition for his "profit" or tow the car to some other place....
Any way, I'm wondering whether I can get only used front differential , not the whole transmission. Can some one let me know a good site for getting used parts?
