how about this, the neighbors driveway that we have an easement on and use was redone late last year by a...er...I can't use that word here
, he got a third party to do the work after an 18 month lawsuit, before he bought the place the prior owners didn't make the winery that also has an easement maintain the road, and the judge told them (winery) to fufill their contract and fix the road, then pay the neighbors lawyer fees
they were pretty smart, wern't they?
Now the road has been replaced, but much of it is gone
since it was the cheapest guy arround they got what they paid for
no proper drainage and the rain washed it away
not to mention the prior road was asphalt, new is gravel, I'll post some pictures if you like.
