Part #15 is a washer.
If you need the bearing just go to a place that sells bearings and get a 6301 with seals on both sides.
I need the same bearing.
I got it on order at work for $5.00

as for the belt
I checked on napa's web site and the belt is the same as the one on a 95-98 legcay.
