Hello Kusi

I agree 100% with Adam's diagnosis. Front rotor/s warped.

With the kms you have on the running gear, your rotors [disks we call them] are worn, you need to replace them. A replacement pair in the UK is about £125, which is about 185 Euro.

Regards torquing the wheelnuts. Very few service centres do this properly, and with the SVX, if done wrong it leads to stress warping. Your owner manual probably indicates how to do it, but just in case make sure it is done as follows:

when tightening the wheel nuts, there are five to a wheel, call them 1 through 5 counting in sequence around the wheel. Most service centres will completely tighten them up starting with 1, going on to 2, 3 etc. This is very wrong.

The correct sequence is first partially tighten all nuts, starting with 1, going diagonally to 3, then doing 5, then doing 2, and lastly 4. Next, retighten in the same sequence again, but this time torquing up to the proper full poundage. This avoids putting pressure on the disk off-centre, which can cause the rotor to run out of true or with a slight warp.

You will see a major improvement in braking with new disks.
