I'm saying, according to law, the cop did not technically "hit" the biker. He crashed mostly as a result of his own lackadaisical riding. He had more than enough time to get out of the way and it is fairly well known cops will try to block those who flee with their vehicles.

I'm not saying I think he deserved it, or that I condone stopping cars in front of bikes, I just think this guy is an idiot and I do not think the cop will get any kind of consequence.
