Foxconn called and well they said it could be the processor but I can send it in at no charge, except if there is nothing wrong with motherboard they will charge $15 to ship it back. If it is the processor, I guess I'll upgrade to atleast a 3.0GHZ Duo process. I'd buy Quad but I can't afford that :P
