Just be glad the 3.3 dosn't have twin cam pullys like the 2.5L's. Alinging the cams is simple, the belt even comes with marks t olne up to it. (I'm losing all spelling ability) Like Mark said check all the pullys, it's also usually a good time to change the cam and crank seals, but if your just trying to get back on the road don't worry about it. The biggest pain is the damn power steering pump and bracket. I can't remember if you have to dissconect the P.S. lines or if you can get the bracket out from under it with out having to. Other than that it's EASY. Good luck.
