Angry timing belts

My advice to everyone who hasn't changed their timing belt in the last 50,000 miles is CHANGE YOUR TIMING BELT. During a trip to see my sister this weekend I was feeling pretty proud of how my little car was doing in the winding "mountain" roads of northern arkansas. Until the timing belt shredded at 110mph shutting me down, 2 1/2 hours from the nearest person i knew at 1:30 in the morning in a town full of bubbas and skeeters.

Any suggestions or help on resetting the cams/timing would be much appreciated as one of my friends and i will be replacing the timing belt ourselves.
