you guys shouldn't rag on the owner of this post. he raced, none of us were there to witness his feat, so therefore we don't know what the conditions were for him. maybe he was paying attention, maybe he wasn't.

i was actually defending the post originator - the 'automatic STi fighter' was a different person in the thread.

i think driving a little enthusiastically every once in a while is OK, given that there is no traffic/pedestrians around - no one else should be involved as far as injury or death as a result of your actions. however, i don't think some of the high-speed d**k-measuring contests on crowded public roads that i see on various forums are very intelligent.

hell, even Lwin street races, and he frowns upon street racing.
