Its planned as an over nighter. Hotel rooms are CHEAP and if people really don't want to buck up the cash maybe I can talk my wife into renting out our garage
(probably not real serious). We met tonight at the hotel and are working on the details and schedule for the meet. Basically arrive Friday night or Sat morning and leave Sunday. Of course its an all optional event.
