Seriously, the speed of any given personal connection can be moot when you consider that the speed data is being sent to you will be the first potentially restrictive factor. Any given Ferrari F1 or 3 legged horse moves at the same pace if it's stuck on Route 10 between Phoenix and Tucson and there's an accident four miles ahead.
