After I thought about it I came up with what SS said, jeep was parked on all 4 right next to the BMW and the buick came in over the hood of the BMW, caught the jeep rolling it up on to two wheels, as the jeep came up it pushed the buick up to the roof.
On a side note, please note the giant cheapo bling-bling wheels on the puick
