I am very sorry for not emailing you. My computer had crashed It took me this long to get back online.

I did send the MAF on Tuesday the 10th. I sent it Priority mail, hoping it would get there faster(Still not sure if it does).
They never did give me a confirmation code or anything.m I sent it to the exact address you had gave me. It should be there Monday I'm hoping.
