Mine had loud exhaust and it was the 2 donuts on the intake side of the second cat(2 into 1) One was completely gone and the other broke into pieces once we got the exhaust off. It only takes about an hour for the job but you need to heat up the bolts to get them apart. It could be those or there is another one on the outlet side of the cat as well.
