yes the 5's are nice, not enough to create structural damage, but you get to hear the grounds grinding below you. it's a trip. last time was a pair 5.+ back to back, 10 miles down and away. and of course, rarely does anyone ever think of quake when it hits. i've been through countless. it seems initial reactions are a truck hit my house or drive by? or someones running on the stairs or pounding on my door?

the last one, i was cleaning my fish tank and it starts swayin - i thought my dog was jumping against it. then it's like, ohhh, we're quakin, then you ride it.

earthquakes are reminders, for those of us whom own our properties. we don't really own them.
