i would first change fuel filter located in the engine bay on drivers side (black canister) around $25. i noticed a difference changing this when i got my ride. do you get check engine codes. if so go get it hooked up to a computer and have them tell you and show u the codes. easy way to find issues with these cars. i just had a bad coil pack and my gas milage blew. same as yours.
