The lip on your rears are probably exagerated by some rust. Sounds like you are in need of rotors all the way around.

The lip on the rears looked more than a mm thick which wouldn't be possible if they started at 9.9mm out of the factory and are 9.8 now. Then again i'm American what do i know about mm's. I thought they melted in your mouth but not in your hands.
