Ok well I have ran into a quite big problem... the security system. I think it is malfunctioning. Every time I get in the car it goes of, every time I open the door/trunk it goes off. I've tried the deactivation sequence, and I replaced the lock solenoid. At this point I'm thinking of just yanking this thing out and goin' old-school an putting some booby-traps inside (sawed-off shotgun might work)
but seriously, where is it and how can I remove it?
edit: I'm also having some problems with removing hard water spots on all the glass on the car. Steel wool sorta works,and so does this polishing compound my dad has had since 1973, but both require about an hour of scrubbing though. Anybody have a better way?
