Who was it that likes that 1970'something Ferrari with Niki Lauda??

That was me. The cover of the book seems to show when Niki drove for TAG McLaren, winning his 3rd and final championship.

I have a video of an interesting demonstration of the speed of
those older F1 cars. It was at Silverstone, and they put James Hunt in a european Ford road car, and John Watson in a Porsche 928 and sent them on their way for one lap. They gave Hunt almost 3/4th of a lap head start, then turned Watson loose in the Porsche. Niki is standing beside his pre-turbo McLaren finishing a cup of coffee and puting on his helmet. He slowly climbs in and fires it up. By this time the Ford and the Porsche are long gone. Off Niki screams in pursuit. The 928 catches the little Ford somewhere near Abby curve....and then Niki screams by BETWEEN THEM! He is parked in the pits and out of the car
by the time the others reach the start-finish line. Great stuff!

Now someone was asking about Porsche earler...the other thread...wasn't the TAG engine in those McLaren's a Porsche?
Help me out Pockets....

Don
