They are nicely compact, and have a swivel bearing conical seat, so it spins on itself, instead of spinning on the paint in the lug seat on the wheels. less binding/seizing, and more evenly-applied torque

I would go with the same black ones on BBS wheels with their black centers. For the real money, there are BBS-logo'd McGard spline drive lug nuts, that work the same way, but have the BBS logo on the outer face of the lug. For someone who has $$$ and just has to show that they love brand image.
I'll be happy with lug nuts that keep the wheels on the car. I don't need anything else.
