just finished an OVERKILL Jeep frame repair.

Just finished the first repair of the new year. I cut a piece of frame out of a Wrangler, and re-deposited a piece that I created, installed and over-killed. The piece of frame that I created will be the only part that will survive a rear end collision.

I had the owner stop by and view the frame before I put any 'hiding' stuff on it.

He seemed to be imperssed with he job......

Owner came by today and picked up his 'new and improved , safer Jeep. He went under again and then wrote the check.
I stopped by the local McGiver and asked him to McGive me a solution to my problem. He showed me a Wrangler w a CUMMINS diesel that he had just created. I took what he showed me, added my own ideas and 'created' my own 'solution'..

At any rate, I spent some quality time with th owner of the jeep and will be creating solutions for the local 'Ham Radio' club.

The NEXT project is to 'create' some hardware for the 'Hams' that will withstand high winds and heavy ice!
