Phantom Svx's
Hey, everyone Those phantom svx's are strange, and they always seem to pop up when ever your not driving your svx. Ive seen 2 in my town of Terre Haute IND. I saw them each twice and every time I was driving the family wagon ('96 Passat VR6). It makes me mad that I could'nt flash my lights, honk, or wave without them thinking I was weird.
