It appears that I have the LS-L. NO POWER SEAT/ it does have a moon roof ( that does not open - YET) and leather (suede) seats. A previous owner mucked up the dash with a CD player leaving a gap above it. The player is great so I will live with the gap.
I will be fixing what I can ($) a little at a time. This is a great car!
