This is true but remember what a litigous society we live in and the high cost of lawyers and payouts to the genetically challenged who always seem to walk away with uber-high settlements for their own stupidity. You and I know that we can get away with a brief 145mph run on an "H" rated tire but should Murphy's law come into play we all know how it would come down.
