One would think that for the not so small initial outlay for an SVX, that this little problem would have been ironed out? I find it difficult to believe that Subaru do not know of this problem and have not worked out a workable solution without their customers going to the expense of a completely new visor, which will probably suffer the same fate.
Isn't it funny how those seemingly insignificant things tend to bug us the most? Like the fading red plastic bits that we can't seem to buff up or out (huh David!).
Oh well- I might try slipping and gluing a small magnet inside the headliner and do the same for the visor- in an inconspicuous spot of course. Mark.
