So can you cut the strip to make it shorter? or is 19" it?

I'm gonna guess you put it in the headlights, Audi style. There's been too much talk for someone not to.

Although, I would be tempted to put them on the underside of the car, waterproof as they are. As I live in florida, I can legally do that. (Only either both sides or front and back, not all four).
