If you are looking at the JDM diagram, then A (in an octagon) is the power wire. It's a Red/White wire from pin 3 or the sensor to fuse 15 in the driver's footwell.

Essentially, Pin 1 of the sensor is the signal wire. Pin 2 is Ground. Pin 3 is Power. Hopefully this is the same on the Impreza (or whatever vehicle you sourced your gearbox from).

On the Aussie Auto, the signal wire is white on pin 15 at the gearbox end. You could connect this to the signal wire of your sensor.

The other end of that white wire is at the TCU on pin a17. The TCU converts the signal and sends it out on pin c6. You don't need this conversion, so you can connect the white wire going into a17 to the Yellow/Red wire coming out of c6.

That Yellow/Red wire from c6 feeds the ECU, cruise control, speedo ... basically everything that requires a speed signal. It even feeds back into the TCU on pin a11 - this is what leads me to believe that the JDM and Aussie TCUs are the same part just wired differently.

PS. Don't worry about the ABS, that's a standalone system with it's own sensors - one for each wheel.
