Do you mean this? (see 1st JPG attachment -- white, 4-pin harness in center of picture. View is looking into trunk on right side)
Captured from the attached PDF, Subaru Service Bulletin 07-47-92, "CELLULAR PHONE CONNECTION."
The doc says the B+ supply pin comes via fuse #10 behind the front kick panel, 15 Amps.
