I do agree that rap music (which I love) can cause speech impediments
IF the listener does not keep a good polish on his English, which is one reason I spend a lot of times on forums. I listen to rap music and find myself speaking in ways that would not impress people.
Take one look at youtube comments and you will see how bad it is getting for people who do not care about the language they speak. Try to argue with them and they respond with "bich dis iz slang ddint u no stfu man ur stpuid azz".
