Well, they just arrived. The connectors are crimp type, butt connectors. There is a solder hole, if you wish to solder. The kit is complete with shrink tubing for the connections and with high temp anti-sieze for the sensor threads.

The diagram shows that, in all cases for Subaru OE sensors, the sensor signal wire is Black and the Heater wires are white. The heater is not polarity dependent, so, just attach blue to black and the two blacks to whites and you're good to go (Replacement sensor has Blue sensor signal wire and black heater wires).
