He's insane! And how much is he spending on posting fees every time these go up? Posting fee is based on minimum bid or reserve.

I don't think it's due to the cupholders because it seems this seller thinks highly of all owner's manuals. Check out the bottom of the page where it has links to "other auctions by this seller". He has a Subaru Tribeca manual set for over $300!!! And a 1999 Isuzu Amigo manual for well over $100.
