Ignition coil resistance testing

Hi, I've read the spec for the primary side of the coil is 0.68-0.83 ohms. My meter only reads as low 0.0. Will not do hundredths. All the coils are testing at 3.8-4.2, WAY outside the range so I need a better meter. When I short the leads for the meter together the meter reads 0.1-0.2, will not go to 0.0. Suggestions???? I want to get some from a junkyard but need to be sure they are good to have as spares.
