Okay bit of a update as you are aware I adjusted my idle manually. Anyway or reason that are a long story not worth telling I decided to experiment with the Subaru Select Monitor and compare the reading on the ECU.
Comparsion was between
stock standard 92 Auto SVX
My Manual 1995 6 speed set up car (the one I manual adjust the idle on)

When I compare the two out puts surprise surprise I find that the Auto shows the "IDLE VALVE" ON when the car is idling.
The 6 speed shows it OFF and there is nothing I can do to get it to go on

In the manual in the section on Fuel Injector System, there is a table "Output Modes of Select Monitor" Down the table it shows FA0 over the next page it list all the outputs under this section it shows idle switch ID. So that is the sucker that is not turning on and letting the car idle.


So team what happens to turn this on, any ideas.
