The reddish color is NOT rust, it is merely another effect of heating the stainless up to 12 - 14 hundred degrees

Yet ANOTHER thing I found while I was down there was the Factory RX-8 spare wheel. THis was apparently a ~ $450 option from Mazda ( I am told )... It is brand spanking new and no signes of wear at all. I will leave it open to offers (no low balls though please because it is in perfect condition)
