im thinking a similar thing for the rears. some sort of slightly maleable plastic, with drilled holes in a given pattern (this is where imagination plays a part) and then mounted into the assembly.
the key would be to figure out how to make it as big as possible, to use all the space available inside of the assembly
not to mention having to figure out how to sync it with the lights in the assembly of the trunk door, to make sure theyre aligned and look good
on that maroon svx, they seem a bit off, but the owner of the white one took care to line them up
IMO, the svx pics from above look okay... but the fact the red cover lens is like, more than twice the size of the illuminated area kills the sexyness of the overall look.
