Nope, didn't work. Heat, penetrating fluid, heat, pneumatic hammer, heat, cussing, using a BFH, and some more heat, nothing worked. Don't underestimate what seven years of salted roads can do to suspension parts!
The bolt cost $19 from Liberty subaru! Wow!! This is one bolt I wasn't gonna get from Ace hardware, even if it was a grade 8.
