Simple, I'm 25 as well, so I can swap with your bane... I mean child and perhaps then my parents will realize I'm not that bad, possibly...

BTW, the reason I live at home is I can only afford a $300,000 home and prices start at 400-500,000 and they think it's because I want to live here

Frustrated in Napa, a $200,000 loan would be greatly appreciated! Or however you spell it
