Be careful talking about harsh winters with a guy from Syracuse.
I'll give you concession in that last winter, Montreal did pass Syracuse's
average. I do have to say, though, that Montreal's record fails to impress.
That silliness aside, I understand your concerns, but I do offer that my SVX stormed through our snow quite handily.
I wish we had a law demanding snow tires, too!
