Nissan Murano wheels are 35mm offset and they fit. I'd be a little surprised if the Infiniti wheels are exactly 2mm different. I can't imagine that 2mm would be a deal breaker, but 35/38mm is pretty low.
One hitch: The Murano wheels are HEAVY. The Infiniti wheels may also weigh a ton.
