Check the crankshaft pulley/harmonic balancer, too!
If the pulley shows silver between the inner metal core (where it bolts on) and the outer metal rings (the surfaces where the belts ride) it is starting to GO (and the place where it goe$ is into the timing belt cover)! If it feels like it is $ticking out a bit it is headed for the radiator, instead!
Much cheaper and much less of a hassle to replace it before it detonates.
