Level Ten rebuilding the 4EAT transmission?!?
I'm looking into an SVX, and I was thinking about buying one with a trans that is already on it's way out. I could get the car cheaper and would have Level Ten ( www.levelten.com) based in NJ rebuild the transmission for me. I hear they do really good work and they've told me that with their modifications it will lower the internal temperature of the 4EAT.
Anyone have any experience with Level Ten? And is 4k (est) worth it to have them rebuild the trans and torque converter for less heat, quicker shifts, and about .5-1 sec removed from the 1/4 mile time?!
