I also whole-heartedly endorse the Lavalux HID conversion from svxfiles.

Truly plug and play with no problems whatsoever. Light output from the projectors lenses far surpasses the stock low and high beams combined. As a test for possible bad weather driving and possible glare from snow, I temporarily disconnected my headlights and ran just the fog lights alone at night and found the lighting from those alone to be much more than adequate.

Tom first showed us these (5000K) on his claret at the Pumpkin Carve Autocross/mini-meet in WV at the end of October. We took them out of his car and reinstalled them in my polo, making me the one who has run them the longest. They is so much improvement that he put another HID set into my fog lights (first on the network) Tom will stand behind this product 100% in the rare event of a problem occurring. This is by far the best overall improvement for our cars under $200.00

The lowbeam/foglight is simply amazing and a whole other story in itself. Photos of installation and actual daytime and night photos can be found in my 5000K HID FOLDER
