When they changed mine they cut the moldings of from the outside than cut the top and the sides free from out side the car. than they used what looked like a specailly made recipricating saw with a gaurd over the blade so it wont scracth the dash to cut the bottom glass seal free. lifted off glass. scraped the remaining sealant off. put the new sealant down. place the new glass into sealant lining up the dowels on the top of glass to position. wait for sealant to cure and good as new. Hold a sheet off white paper under shaded part to see the coler of it.
