As SVXFILES says, it's not hard, it's just time consuming. There are no special tools needed, just a lot of seals, and other parts that should be changed. The only thing I had any issue with was the crankshaft pulley. I like the starter bump removal method, but when replacing it I used a big screwdriver to lock the Tranny flex plate in place. I found that to be the easiest way...
