That's what I thought.
In the NASIOC thread someone said he made a statement saying he was not intending to entrap the cop, he was just going to meet a friend.
For as long as the video was you'd think the friend would have shown up.
I'm definitely not going to rule out the possibility he is trying to extort money from the system.
