From my experience using tire-destroying camber on my RX-8 for autocrossing, I can tell you that toe does way more to shred tires than camber does.

Also, please don't try to use weird alignment specs to offset the wear on your tires. If you really could get that much positive camber out of the car, it would have a terrible effect on your ability to steer and brake.

If your tires look like that, you need new tires and an alignment.
