Just thinking that an ECUtune would have a positive effect on the life-span of the tranny. If the engine has more power low in the RPM band (
500), where most of the driving takes place, it should *technically* have to downshift fewer times when hitting the gas for passing or other acceleration. Less shifting = less fricton = less heat = longer lifespan. What do you think?
