Hmmm. I have neither of those problems. The nozzles are of an "eyeball" construction, and should be "aimable" by using s thin piece of wire or a needle. Perhaps you should remove them (they're easily removed with the little "slide clip" on the underside of the hood. Henry's problem may be with a loose slide clip. Pull them, press them together with a pair of pliars (to tighten them) then, re-install. Of course, it may be the small rubber gaskets around the nozzles themselves have worn away. Steve, I will surmise that you've been hit by the old "housewife's problem," that being "nasty wax buildup." Remove the nozzles and spray them down with some WD-40 and begin working them with a piece of wire, or a needle until they break loose. Re-install and aim them. I don't mean to be synical, but, it doesn't surprise me that the dealership said they "couldn't" aim them. I'll try to scan the pages of the manual today, in between trying to scan some photos for my family seeking genealogy information.
