Spots
BTW, the spots you see (outside of the indicated blemish) aren't blemishes, they're paint dots applied by the Nissan factory line employees to indicate that the wheel has been torqued. The light blue paint dot is easily removable. I'm leaving them there for you to see how FRESH they (the wheels) are.
